Casaliva cultivar

The Casaliva cultivar is typical of the Garda Lake coast: Lombardia, Veneto and Trentino.
Its fruits have an elliptical shape and a The Picholine is best known as a cocktail olive, though it is also used to make olive oil.
The drupes are mainly used for the production of a light and fragrant PDO extra virgin oil, perfect to go with lake fish dishes and carpaccio. The oil has a fruity aroma with spicy and bitter notes.
